Zoe, of course you can make FF matzoh balls. The secret is that you add a
"bissle" of baking soda to the mix, then let it spend about 45 minutes in
the 'fridge.
I'd start with a teaspoon and experiment 'til they become genuine
"floaters."
I've tried that with appropriately tasting artificial broth and it ain't
bad.
