I make FF matzo balls all the time. I have no measurements but use egg
whites, broth, and matzo meal mix all together and refrigerate until
chilled. Drop into boiling water and cook. I put them in my soups and on
my tsimmes. We think they are delicious.
I don't know what kind of kugel you would like sweet for dessert or as a
side dish with vegetables.
