Hungry Days vs Not Hungry Days

    I find that I'm having some days where I am just hungry all day long
and other days where I'm pretty indifferent to food.  Fortunately, most
days I feel a healthy appetite which is maintained by following my
regular diabetic diet.  I am eating mostly vegetarian and limit fat as
much as possible.  I'm beginning to think that something is triggering
these "hungry" days.  Do the rest of you have this pattern?  Is this
"normal"?  If something is triggering my hungry days, how do I start
trying to isolate the cause?
