Oh yeah! I have days where I just can't stop eating and
others where I have some fruit in the morning and then
realize I haven't eaten anything else around 2 in the
afternoon.
I think it is probably normal, and mine appears to be
related to my activities. However, if you really want to
find out what's triggering your eating, you may want to
keep a food journal for a week. Write down what you eat,
when, what you're doing, and what you're feeling (emotions
or tired or whatever). Also where! (I find I want to eat
when I'm sitting at my desk, don't even think of it in my
bedroom).
