Like Sheila (ZuZu02@xxxxxxx), I'm in the Northeast and need a recipe for
soup I will make for our local soup kitchen. The soup I am looking for
should be able to be eaten with utensils - it will be served as part of the
sit-down Thanksgiving dinner.
Last year I made carrot-ginger soup which was well received and I am
thinking about a vegetable soup or a bean soup for this year.
