To Joyce who asked for cooking times for beans in a pressure cooker:
Go to your local library and borrow _Vegetarian Cooking Under Pressure_
by Lorna Sass. She has an entire chapter devoted to beans, including a
cooking chart listing many types of beans. (This is a great book, IMHO.)
If you can't find the book, let me know what beans you're interested in
and I'll look them up for you.
