Does anybody have any recipes or ideas for using this stuff. I just
started expirementing with it and have found that adding a little to
fatfree pancakes produces a much lighter and smoother pancake. Also
adding a little to nonfat milk along with some cocoa and then whipping
it with one of the handheld mixers with the little whipping disk makes a
wonderful chocolate mousse. Tastes like it is full of fat and gets
really thick which nonfat milk usually won't do. Also holds it's volume
better than if made with out the Xanthan Gum.
For those out there who are Vegan it is also a Vegan product( comes from
fermented corn starch)
