A year ago I cooked one pumpkin and pureed it. Then I froze it in cup
sizes and have been using it instead of applesauce for baking cakes,
etc. It has been great for the carrot/zucchini chocolate brownies among
others. Naturally you could make a dessert and other things, too. I
just did it because I had too much :)
