I made the sage & onion hash browns that were posted last week and they
were TERRIFIC! We had them for dinner last night, with Gimme Lean
"sausage" crumbled up and sprinkled over the top and steamed cabbage on
the side (my SO has finally converted me to his weird habit of spreading
Dijon mustard on cooked cabbage in place of butter, and I really like it).
Simple, hearty, satisfying peasant fare--I loved it. Thanks to whoever
posted the recipe; wish I'd kept the name :-(
