I just checked the label of some "Gimme Lean" I have in my freezer. It
says to use in tacos, lasagnes, on pizza, anywhere you'd use ground cow.
I have made h*mburger soup with it for my parents and they didn't know
the difference. The label says that for the most m**tlike flavor, you
should serve it hot.
Has anyone run across the sausage style Gimme Lean? I have some good
recipes for that.
