I was wondering, exactly how do you replace the sugar and/or oil
in baked goods with applesauce or mashed bananas? What ratio of
applesauce do you use for oil, 2 Tbs of oil = how much applesauce?
Also, Dave mentioned using concentrated apple juice to replace
sugar. Again, 1 cup sugar = how much apple juice?
I would appreciate any tips on how to replace the oil and sugar in
my baking.
