I want to give the MacDougall plan a shot since I just got the book.
However, I feel overwhelmed. I HATE to chop and cook for every meal. I
know he lists a few convenience items, but it is still a lot of work.
Furthermore, I am not a salad eater... never have been nor like salad
dressing (not even in my SAD days). Any advice for a beginner to feel
less overwhelmed. I know I'd like some of the foods, but it's a lot of
cooking. Time I don't have. Thanks.
