Hi all,
my favorite way of cooking artichokes is to trim and rinse the
artichoke,leaving some water on the leaves and then microwave them for
about 5 minutes. Check if they are tender... and eat. Voila! Instant
artichokes. :)
My fav toppings include:
Plain - They really don't need much more!
FF plain yougurt and chopped fresh dill.
Lemon juice with chopped parsley
Black bean dip
FF pesto
