To the person who asked for a spinach pie/quiche recipe.
I don't measure but this works out perfectly every time.
Use frozen spinach, thawed (about 1/3 of your dish)
Sliced raw onions (about 1/3 of your dish)
Optional seasoned breadcrumbs/frozen corn/raw grated potato to absorb the
water from the spinach and onions.
Make a very thick sauce using mori-nu silken tofu, nutritional yeast
flakes and seasoning, or open a packet of soup and mix in with tofu.
Sprinkle with ff parmesan or low fat mozzarella on top.
