Re: eating healthy and fatfree in Nashville, I agree with the person from
Vanderbuilt who mentioned Sunshine Grocery and Tin Angel. I've had some
luck with Chinese places too and there are some wonderful Japanese
restaurants that have vegie sushi that are great - especially Shintomi in
Green Hills Area.
Anyone in the Nashville area interested in getting together?
