Liz had some questions about carrot juice. The only way I can drink it
is in a V-8 style juice (tomato, carrot, celery, onion, beet, parsley,
watercress combo). If you're not concerned with sodium, you could try
adding some soy or vegetarian worchestershire and a splash of hot sauce
(kind of a carrot virgin bloody mary).
You could always add the pulp to soups and stews.
