Great recipe, easy and delicious just as advertised.
I did use a glass lasagna pan but used plum tomatoes so the
sauce cooked down fine in 2 1/2 hours.
I was also lazy and did not peel the tomatoes, just chunked them,
but I almost never peel tomatoes. I did find that the basil on
top charred but end product was fine.
I sprinkled on more fresh basil and ate with angelhair pasta.
And the kitchen smelled wonderful all evening.
