Here's a quick, tasty and very healthy salad dressing,
suitable for a salad consisting of greens + veggies:
Sprinkle salad with desired amounts of:
wheat germ, oat bran, nutritional yeast
(about 1 heaping teaspoon each on a large plate of mixed salad)
then sprinkle with a couple of drops roasted sesame oil,
then pour over everything the juice of one lime or half a lemon
(including pulp, use a hand juicer for this).
