Here is my favorite salsa recipe.. it's easy to make and soooo delicious

Salsa (makes 6 pints)
12 c. tomatoes, peeled and hand chopped
2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. mild banana peppers, chopped
1 c. jalapeno peppers
2 T. garlic salt
5 oz red wine vinegar
1 6-oz can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
MIx all ingredients together in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer
30 minutes.
Pour into pint canning jars, seal and process in boiling water bath for
10 minutes. Enjoy!! :)
