Well I've not been keeping up with the digests this month, but I figured
asking a question would get me back into the habit. Does anyone know if
grated zucchini freezes well? I'm having the perennial "too much
zucchini at once" problem. I was a little worried that frozen zucchini
would be too watery to be of much use. Thanks for any help.
