My favorite way to do corn on the grill:
Gently pull back the husks, but don't remove them. Do remove the silks. The
soak the whole thing (corn with husks) in cold water for 15-20 minutes.
Leaving the corn wet, pull the husks back up & close them around the corn.
Then put them on the grill, turning every couple minutes, till they start to
steam. When you see the steam, they're done.
You can also do this in the microwave. Same prep, then wrap them up in
plastic wrap & nuke for 12-15 minutes for 4 ears. Of course, this way you
won't see them steam.
