This is my families favorite scrambled tofu recipe.
1 block tofu (I use Mori Nu)
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chicken-like seasoning
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Squeeze liquid from tofu. Mash in skillet. Add seasonings and stir.
Cook on medium heat until all the liquid is absorbed.
I have found that when adding vegetables it takes a very long time for the
liquid to absorb, so I bake at 350 for 30 minutes when adding vegetables
to this recipe.
I have used several different kinds of tofu and they all work well.
