Millet recipe

I call this Mmmillet 'cause it tastes so yummy.

Bring one cup of millet to a boil in FOUR cups of water, cover and reduce to
a simmer for about 20 minutes.

While it's slowly cooking, dice a carrot and about half an onion, and two
cloves of garlic.

Meanwhile, back on the range, Tonto not realizing that the Lone Ranger
was...ooops! Wrong range. Sorry 'bout that.

Meanwhile, on the range, sauté in some mock chicken broth the carrot, onion,
and garlic.

When the millet is done, remove from heat and add the veggies.

Remember how great everything always tastes better on the second day? Well,
this is one of those recipes. After it cools, place in a covered container
and let the flavors marry overnight.

The next day pat them into burger sized patties and lightly fry in a
non-stick pan.

Oh YUMMMMMMM.....
