Gimme Lean works fine in spaghetti sauce, but do chunk it up and brown it
first. You can do that without oil in a nonstick pan--just don't turn the
heat up too high. I spray with pam and start on med-high, watching and
stirring often. Note: it's stickier than regular ground beef or sausage,
and doesn't break up so readily when you're browning it, so requires more
attention. Heed the label; it really does only taste good hot, but hot,
it's a terrific, almost uncanny substitute.
