I mix a simple, spicy, and fat-free dressing as
follows (quantities are approximate and "to
taste"):
1 T Balsamic vinegar
1/2 T Low-sodium soy sauce
About 1/4 tsp each of chili powder, cumin,
paprika, garlic powder, oregano.
Mix, pour, and toss with salad.
