i wrap tortillas in the way you mentioned, spirally and hold with a
toothpick. they look great on the table. always catch people's attention.
one of the fillings i use is ff cream cheese mixed with chopped onion,
garlic, red bell pepper and a box of (thawed) frozen spinach. you could
make endless combinations of veggies, spices etc, mixed in with the cream
cheese base. you can also heat the mixture to blend everything together a
little better if you like, or serve cold.
