For the purposes of low-fat breadmaking, I was
wondering if I can substitute soy protein powder
for soy flour.
Also where I can get de-fatted soy flour, but
that's secondary (long story). Am content to
mail-order if necessary, but am in the SF Bay
area (I work in San Francisco and live in the
East Bay) so would think I might find it ...
Last question (for the moment <g>) -- has
anyone seen a source for chana (or channa)
dal?
