Jayne,
i have a can of Saco powdered buttermilk that i use for my automatic bread
machine recipes. you mix it with water, and the can says 0.7* gm fat, but
then the asterick under the nutrition information says it is 0.3 gm fat
reconsituted. you can find it in a regular grocery store by the powdered
milk. i have no financial interest, etc. in the company mentioned.
