We just went through a big storm and power outage--long enough that I am now
cleaning out my refrigerator. What an opportunity to expel old dietary errors
and start over. I've saved a few things--flour, jelly, salsa, vinegar. Will
my jar of nutritional yeast be ok (after about two and a half days)?
And--what 10 things or $30 would you put in an empty refrigerator for maximum
fatfree versatility?
I'm not vegan, do work long hours and tend to want to eat FAST once I get
home, but love to cook in my limited time.
