Hi Everyone-
As a matter of fact, I happened to make this last night. I very SAD
friend of mine absolutely loves this!
1 can garbonzo beans - rinsed and drained
1 can kidney beans - rinsed and drained
Green beans - cut in 1/2, washed, ends cut off, lightly blanched - you
want about the same amount of these as the other beans.
Dressing:
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tarragon (I leave this out as I hate tarragon)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
some red onion (optional)
Mix dressing well and mix with beans. Quick, easy and yummy!
