Rusks, at least in India, are about six inch long
hard - sometimes slightly flavorful - pieces of hard bread
which are eaten mostly dipped in tea.
They are availble everywhere in India, especially at
all the tea-shops.
I like Biscotti, and other rusks availble in America but
they all are a bit too "fancy" - nothing like the
rustic pedestrian rusks of India - oh well!
