I did a real "duh" yesterday when making rice..I grabbbed a contained of
wheat instead and made a whole3 pot ful..problem is I had a friend with
Celiac (gluden allergy) over for dinner.
I continued to cook the wheat and added some lef over choipped onions
thinking I have the makiing for "something creative"
found a recipe for part of this (Terri's Ausgtralian Tapouli" which I
will make but now want something "hot" for tomorros night..its raining in
portland again.
I will try to use it as a base for a vegetable soup but am open to other
ideas..someone?
