I use it as I would regular milk. I normally choose the vanilla rather
than the plain, but use it for breakfast over my Grapenuts with a 1/2
banana for sweetness. Its quite good. I've also used it other places
where I normally would use milk in cooking. I don't "love" it as a
beverage however.
