Serves 4 suitable as a dessert or breahfast
150ml 1/4 pint white grape juice
2 tbsps acacia honey
12 cardomom pods split
1 papaya
1 mango
2 nectarines or peaches
1 banana
Place the juice, honey and cardomom pods in a small pan over a gentle
heat and bring just to boil. Leave to cool.
Prepare fruit and cut into bite size pieces.Set aside the banana and
pour the syrup over.Cover and leave to infuse for at least 30 minutes.
Stir in the banana just before serving.
