Miso

My addition to the miso thread is a tip from a Korean friend who taught me
to make a yummy Miso Spinach soup. Always use a clean dry spoon to scoop
out your miso. This will help it to last for a LONG time in the fridge.
Mine is in a heavyweight plastic bag-like package. I fold over the top
several times and put a rubber band around the package. Works great.
