Steph wonders how vegans can treat indigestion. First, prevention, leave
off the high fat foods. Second, for me is ginger, ginger tea specifically.
peel about a 1 inch piece of ginger, grate coarsely, or just cut into a few
pieces. Simmer in 2 cups water for 5 - 10 minutes. Cool slightly and
enjoy. Add sweetner if you prefer. It works miracles! Tastes good, too.

Or, buy ginger tea bags, but the real thing is stronger and more effective,
imho.
