gluten--bread machine

New to bread machines and reading up before I begin to bake.

Would someone please explain the differences between plain gluten and the
gluten flour and is it really necessary for fatfree wholegrain baking in the
bread machine.

The machine I purchased is a West Bend.  Any tips will be welcome and those
who might have a West Bend I'd appreciate their comments as well.
