Try mixing whole wheat and regular pasta. I
use a half-n-half mixture, and like it much
better than either one alone. When mixed
with regular pasta, the chewiness
of the whole wheat is not so overwhelming.
I think that it adds a nice texture and
variety to a pasta dish.
