Thanks to all of you who helped me choose a food processor some time
back. I just bought a Cuisinart and I think its fabulous. Not having
to chop an onion ever again is a real treat.
I'm just starting to cook with tofu. any favorite recipes would be
great.
Is anyone familiar with a Christina Pirullo? She teaches
vegetarian/macrobiotic cooking on a PBS station. she also has a website
and I believe a school in PA. I'm interested in buying her cook book
and would like to know if anyone has it and what they think. Her show
is fantastic, really getting into the benefits of each ingredient she
cooks with.
