Last year while making instant hot choc. mix I used a vanilla flavored
Cremora-type product in one batch and a cinnamon flavored in another.
Both were very nice. I've also found that it's worth investing in good
cocoa. Giradelle (sp?) makes both a regular and white chocolate mixes.
