I don't know about the black Chinese vinegar, but Umboshi vinegar can be
purchased at Whole Foods Stores or through www.macrobiotic.org/kistore.html.
They carry a lot of items that are not usually available in your local
grocery store. Umboshi vinegar has recently become a favorite of mine,
particularly on brown rice that has already been sprinkled with tekka. Talk
about a celebration in your mouth!
