I raise a few herbs in a container garden. I hated the taste of Cilantro
at first, but being the personality that I am, knowing certain tastes can
be acquired, I tried a tiny bit of it at first. Next time I added more,
and gradually more and more. It really grows on you !
It's easy to grow but goes to seed very soon, and will reseed itself. I
find it's hard to keep if you buy it in the market. I think it needs to be
sold with it's roots intact and then you put them in water in the fridge,
also covering the top with a loose covering. That might be the best way.
Does anyone know if it can be frozen successfully? And how good is dried
Cilantro ?
