Hi!
Just happened to pick up this book at my local library last week. It's
called Vegetarian Celebrations : Menus for Holidays and Other Festive
Occasions by Nava Atlas. Some of the recipes are fatfree, some are not.
All look yummy, however. I'm hoping to use some of the Thanksgiving ones
this year as I am trying to go vegetarian, while the rest of my family
have no desire to.
By the way, thanks to all those who have listed recipes that are kid
friendly. I've appreciated them.
