FF Pie Crusts

These are FF but not LF--lots of sugar here--LMM

                           Graham Cracker Crust

   2      tablespoons   honey
   1      tablespoon    water
   1      cup           ff graham cracker crumbs

Combine honey and water; add to crumbs.  Mix well; press into 9" pie plate.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 5 minutes.

                           Grape-nut Pie Crust

   2      cups          Grape-Nuts®
   4      tablespoons   orange juice

Mix grape-nuts and orange juice.  Form a shell in a 9-inch pie pan.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.  Use filling of choice.

   1 1/2  c             Grape-Nuts®
   6      oz            apple juice, frozen concentrate

Mix together. 
Form in pie plate. 
Bake at 350 or so until almost dry.
Fill and bake again.

   1      c             flour
     1/3  c             corn syrup, light
   2      tbsp          milk, skim
     3/4  tsp           salt -- optional

Mix flour and salt. 
Combine syrup and milk and add all at once to the flour mixture.
Stir with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
Roll out dough between sheets of waxed paper lightly dusted with flour. 
Makes enough for one crust.

This is especially good for pumpkin pie.
