I spray Bragg's Liquid Aminos on my popcorn - which gives it s similar taste to spraying soy sauce. There are only 2 calories in a teaspoon. It is also good to spray on veggies. I also make my popcorn in brown paper bags in the microwave. Barbara ------------------------------
