Attn: All mustard lovers

I'd first like to express my gratitude to  each and everyone of you on the
list.  I have enjoyed every single day of reading, learning, experimenting
and sharing your ideas and thoughts and recipes.  * grin *
Thank you.
I would like to ask those of you who are mustard lovers, Dijon and course
grains especially, to bombard me with your unique, unusual, different and
even plain ole favorite combinations using various mustards in dressings/
sauces/ marinades ect. I know it may sound strange, but I like Dijon mixed
with 
balsamic and minced garlic and salsa as a dressing. I also have a great
recipe for asparagus guacamole and 2 Tablespoons mustard really picks up the
tastes in it also ( though recipe never mentions adding it ! )
So, if you would please, either list or privately share with me some of your
best !!  Thank You !!
