I have always loved cheese with my scrambled eggs. Even if your not a cheese
lover its a good fat free breakfast that will fill you up!
mix in a bowl:
2/4 cup egg replacements= 2 eggs
1 or 2 slices of fat free American cheese, melted (if you are a cheese lover,
like me, i would prefer 2 slices)
1/4 cup of skim milk
a dash or 2 of salt (optional)
After mixing well in a bowl get a (nonstick) skillet, for less calories,
and poor ingredients into skillet. Set on medium till eggs are no longer
runny. Add salt when half way done. And enjoy: )
