Debee asked how to make "fluffy" rice instead of "sticky" rice.
It's easy. First brown the rice in a dry frying pan. Cook it unitl it just
starts to turn brown. Then add the appropriate amount of BOILING water to
the rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for the
appropriate amount of time.
Works great, especially for Basmati rice.
