Hi! I've recently been reading articles about high- and low-glucose
carbohydrates. I've read that low-glucose carbs are the ones to focus on,
versus high ones (like pasta, bread, etc.) because they don't raise your
insulin levels so high and its not so hard to "burn them off". What are
some good low-glucose carb sources? Are beans in the low-gluc catagory?
Which beans contain the most protein, by the way?
