Gordita wrap-ups

Hello All,
    Does anyone have a recipe for the soft tortilla wrap ups like they use on the gorditas in Taco Bell.  They are thicker than a regular tortilla..., sorta like   a pita.  Any would be appreciated but a whole wheat would be the best.
